Roland Waz

Roland is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP and leads the Investment Management and Real Estate sector. He has more than 20 years of experience partnering with investment, wealth, and retirement organizations on operations and technology transformation. Roland advises clients and helps them implement solutions based on his deep knowledge of all aspects of the business across traditional and alternative investment strategies. He partners with COOs, CFOs, and CIOs on their most pressing needs including operating model transformation and technology implementations in support of divestitures, post-merger integrations, global expansions, technology strategy and optimization, and efficiency and scalability initiatives. Roland received his BS and MS in computer engineering from Lehigh University.
