Marcela Crossman is the SVP and Head of Middle and Back Office Services at Linedata Global Services in New York City. In this role, she helps leading asset managers scale efficiently—doubling assets without doubling headcount—by pairing high performing teams with modern technology and disciplined governance. Previously, Marcela spent nearly two decades at SS&C Technologies, where she built and led the firm’s global Middle Office Solutions business as Managing Director. Her tenure included overseeing distributed service teams for top tier investment firms and guiding the design and rollout of several flagship middle office platforms. Earlier, she managed a $131 million relocation of Citigroup Alternative Investments to the Bloomberg building and played a key role in restoring Citigroup Asset Management’s operations after the 9/11 attacks.
