Panos Nikopolitidis is Deputy Chief Operating Officer at Janus Henderson Investors. He oversees Middle Office, Enterprise Data Management, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Strategic Vendor Oversight, Business Resilience and Change Management. He joined Janus Henderson Investors in 2022 as global head of operations. Prior to that, Panos served as global head of investment and data operations at Russell Investments from 2017 and before that, he was chief operating officer at OCL Capital LLP Hedge Fund. He held operations roles at Hermes Fund Managers most recently as head of Front Office operations with Hermes OCL Credit Boutique, Prior to Hermes he was at John Hancock Asset Management (Boston) as an Operations Manager overseeing middle office operations. He began his career at State Street in 2005, most recently as an account manager from 2006.. Panos has a BSc in Economics and Int’l Relations, McCormack School of Policy and Global Studies, University of Massachusetts and an MSc in financial economics from Boston University. He has 20 years of financial industry experience.
