Jon Gezotis is a partner at Mercer and US Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Mercer Wealth and Investments business. In this role, Jon has responsibility for operations and the investment platform. He also has direct responsibility for managing and providing strategic leadership and oversight for Mercer’s Investment Solutions Team across the US. Jon joined Mercer in 2024. Prior to joining Mercer, Jon was at Citibank as a Managing Director in a global role overseeing Product Management and go to market strategies. Jon also spent 15 years at JP Morgan in various management roles in Operations, Client Management, and Product Development inclusive of experience in the asset management, defined benefits, defined contribution and corporate asset segments. Jon graduated from Northeastern University with Bachelor of Science and has a Master’s Degree from Harvard University.
