Polly LeBarron

Polly LeBarron is a Senior Manager in BetaNXT’s Product Management organization, where she leads the Oversight Solutions team. Polly joined BetaNXT through the 2025 acquisition of Delta Data. At Delta Data, she was Vice President – Asset Management Solutions, leading product strategy and execution for Delta Data’s asset management solutions, which focus on helping financial services firms perform oversight activities more effectively.

Polly joined Delta Data through the 2023 acquisition of National Quality Review, where she had senior leadership and relationship management responsibilities across the suite of services. She joined NQR in 1995 and is known for providing expertise in operations, shareholder communications, customer satisfaction, compliance and data management.

Polly is a Six Sigma Black Belt and holds the Quality Improvement Associate and Quality Auditor certifications from the American Society for Quality (ASQ). She served on the ASQ Board of Directors from 2022 through 2025, was Chair of ASQ’s Technical Communities Council from 2023 through 2025, and now serves on the ASQ Excellence Board of Directors. Polly is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Williams College Society of Alumni.
