Peggy joined Citi’s ETF Product Group in 2016 and was named Head of ETF Services in December 2021. Prior to joining Citi, Peggy was head of BNY Mellon’s ETF Client Solutions Group for almost nine years. In that role, she worked with new and existing clients to launch new ETF products and funds, and was responsible for developing operational workflows used to facilitate the testing and onboarding process. Peggy was a key driver in developing the service model for actively managed ETFs, levered ETFs, country specific ETFs, hedge fund replication ETFs, funds with various derivatives and short positions, bond and currency ETFs, as well as numerous global and emerging market funds. Prior to this, Peggy worked at Robeco Investment Management, where she managed trade settlements as a Vice President and Senior Vice President. Earlier, she worked at Deutsche Asset Management in trade support – first as an Administrator, then a Team Leader, and finally as an Assistant Vice President.

Peggy was named one of the “Rising Stars of Mutual Funds” in 2011 by Institutional Investor News. She holds a B.S. from SUNY Cortland and an M.B.A. from Fordham University.
