Jatan Pathak is Business Head, Corporate Actions, Data and Managed Services at S&P Global Market Intelligence.

Jatan is responsible for the product and business development of the Managed Corporate Actions (MCA) business. He is responsible for the strategy, delivery, and direction of the multi-asset class global product. He has 15+ years of experience working in financial services where he has led multiple products and business transformation projects.

Jatan joined S&P Global in 2013 and led the team of business analysts, and product managers. Before joining the firm, he had experience at Deutsche Bank, working with their Options Desk and Transaction Banking business.

Jatan holds a Masters in Computer Science and Bachelors in engineering.
