Peter is a Partner in the Asset & Wealth Management segment at Davies Consulting.  He has responsibility for leading the North American practice for the firm. He has worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years, most of his career at BNY solutioning for asset management clients with focus on investment operations/middle-office.  Has significant experience leading organizations through transformational change with focus on defining and executing their future state operating model and data strategy.  His experiences to date have allowed him to develop a proven track record as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders as they execute their market strategy.
