Chris is the Cofounder and Principal of Castle Peak Associates. He has 30 years of leadership experience developing and delivering enterprise strategy in the investment management domain. Starting with a technical background as a Data Management specialist he subsequently led multiple Business Transformation and Platform Implementation projects for large Institutional Investors including Insurance Companies, Pension Funds and Banks. He is passionate about optimizing operating models to drive data quality, eliminate latency and minimize operational risk.

Chris has an MBA from Kingston University.
