Aditi Taylor is an Executive Vice President and Head of Operations at MFS Investment Management. In this role, she oversees the firm's global investment operations and client reporting, performance, risk and attribution management, enterprise data management, the transfer agency services and related process optimization and internal controls management. She is a member of the firm's Enterprise Leadership Team. Aditi joined MFS in 2017 as chief enterprise risk officer and in 2021 moved to global investment operations and client support to oversee middle office operations. She was named to her current position in 2025. Prior to this, she worked for eighteen years at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where starting 2013 she served as a Partner in the Global Risk Advisory practice. Aditi earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Mumbai and a Master of Business Administration degree from Bentley University.
