With over 11 years of experience in fintech and digital transformation, Sterling has held senior roles across leading financial technology and services organizations, including Ridgeline, InvestCloud, Fair Economy, and Robert W. Baird. Previously at InvestCloud, he served in multiple leadership positions, including Head of Sales Engineering and Co-Head of Product. During this time, Sterling designed and built InvestCloud’s flagship Client and Advisor platform, IC11, helping define the firm’s product strategy and driving innovation at scale.
