Derek Lynden leads Business Development for LTIMindtree’s Banking and Financial Services vertical in Canada. In this role, Derek leverages his deep expertise in the Wealth Management sector and LTIMindtree’s global capabilities to deliver transformative client experiences powered by industry leading technology. His mission is to drive innovation, creating new market opportunities, and ensuring solutions that delight clients while enabling sustainable growth.

With nearly 20 years of senior leadership experience in Information Technology, Derek is recognized for his strategic yet pragmatic approach to crafting solutions that address clients’ immediate needs and position them for long-term success. Throughout his career, he has partnered with clients on major initiatives in digital transformation, intelligent automation, and platform modernization—most recently directing the design of LTIMindtree’s AI-driven Managed Automation Platform (MAP) solution, built around intelligent automation for back-office operations.

Derek holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from the University of Toronto.
