Principal and Head of Operations. Mr. Padgen manages the Operations department which includes the Portfolio Accounting, Portfolio Implementation, Trade Settlement, PIM Funds, Credit and Trading teams. He chairs the Best Execution and Pricing Committees while also acting as a member of the Risk, Operating, Vendor, Proxy, and Credit Valuation Committees at the firm. Prior to joining Pzena Investment Management in 2006, he was an Assistant Vice President at Oppenheimer where he was responsible for portfolio accounting and client billing. Mr. Padgen earned a B.A. from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He is a registered director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.
