As Business Services Manager, Ute is responsible for a team of business analysts that support various business units in evaluating and improving business processes to mitigate risk and create operational efficiencies. She also contributes to the overall IT strategy and budget planning. Prior to this role, Ute has served in a variety of roles including her most recent role of Project Manager where she planned, managed, and executed both IT and business projects and as the Client Relations Coordinator where she worked closely with all LGIP boards across the country.
