Tisha Worden is an Assistant Director of Investment Operations for Principal Global Investors. Tisha has over 20 years experience in operations where she has managed various global functional teams across the organization.  She recently completed leadership of a global transformational program which modernized technology for the Investment Book of Record, put data and governance at the center of the operation, and built a foundation for future scale. She currently has responsibility for several functions across Investment Operations including Data Management & Data Governance.  Tisha received an MBA from Drake University and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Iowa.
