Sara Roche

Sara Roche has been instrumental at Broadridge since it acquired ClearStructure Financial Technology in 2019. As the Senior Director, Private Market Solutions, she has played a pivotal role in advancing the firm’s market-leading offerings in the private credit sector. Sara brings extensive experience in portfolio management, risk management, and data analysis. Before her role at Broadridge, she spent over 13 years at Atlantic Asset Management, where she advanced to VP of Risk Management and Head of Portfolio Operations. She led the development of a bespoke fixed-income reporting system and significantly enhanced operational efficiency, demonstrating her exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. With her deep understanding of the bespoke aspects of private credit management, including handling unstructured data, designing custom workflows, and fostering engagement with fund administrators, Sara adeptly addresses the unique challenges faced by both new and existing private credit managers. An honors graduate in Mathematics from Vassar College, Sara leverages her analytical acumen and industry expertise to drive Broadridge’s strategic growth in credit solutions.
