Randa Paver is Vice President of Securities Operations in the Single-Family Operations organization. In this role, she is responsible for the issuance, payment, disclosure, and investor tax reporting of all mortgage-backed securities (Single-Family and Multifamily), as well as the STACR credit risk transfer program securitizations. She also plays a key role in the development of the new Common Securitization Platform and the new Unified Mortgage Backed Security (UMBS). For over 25 years, Ms. Paver has held a number of leadership positions within Freddie Mac, including financial reporting, loan delivery and investor reporting roles.
