Michael Nirschl

Michael Nirschl is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley and Head of Data & Analytics of Morgan Stanley Investment Management based in New York.

He has over 14 years of previous relevant experience, most recently as a Senior Machine Learning Software Engineer for Google, Inc., where he led efforts in search advertising and YouTube speech recognition. Prior to that, Michael spent time as a strategist and quantitative analyst in Interest Rate products for Goldman Sachs and at UBS in algorithmic market-making. He holds a PhD in Theoretical Physics from Cambridge University, UK.
