Kevin Welch leads the Chief Administrative and Transformation Office within Service Delivery,” which includes the firm’s global operations and client service areas. In this role, Kevin is responsible for leading significant organizational changes by developing and implementing strategies to drive transformation, enhance efficiency, and adapt to evolving business environments. In this role, Kevin directs a cross functional consulting and process engineering team focused on LOB specific AI strategies and capabilities. In addition, Kevin oversees Service Delivery’s Governance and Workforce functions which are responsible for leading initiatives related to technology adoption, process optimization, cultural change, and organizational restructuring. Kevin joined BBH in 2004 and has held various leadership positions across Investor Services. He was a key member of the executive team that established BBH’s Krakow office, serving as the Head of Service Delivery. Kevin is a member of several Firm oversight committees and is the Executive Chair of BBH’s Young Professionals Network. He is committed to fostering a dynamic, energetic, and inclusive community. Kevin holds a B.A. in political science and history from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
