Jessica Rausch

Jessica oversees the digital tools used for sales and client enablement, CRM and reporting automation. She is also responsible for the capture of analytics that is sent to the client service- and sales teams, enabling them to better engage with prospects. With her team at RBC, Jessica recently completed a client reporting automation project, which has been successfully rolled out in all global offices. She was also instrumental in the launch of the firm’s new website and client portal; and her focus now is to bring on board new digital tools for e-communications and automated marketing campaigns. Jessica sees the overall client experience becoming increasingly digital over the coming years. She feels that the need for clients to access accurate and timely data will become more and more important, as will the need for mobile- and self-service capabilities.
