Jeff Lubitz

Jeff Lubitz is Executive Director of ISS Securities Class Action Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Institutional Shareholder Services. With more than a decade of experience at ISS, Jeff works closely with many of the world’s leading asset managers and pension funds to help deliver critical asset recovery solutions. Jeff serves as managing editor of all ISS SCAS thought leadership, overseeing the production of webinars, white papers and reports. Additionally, Jeff manages the client services team and spearheads product development. Jeff is a frequent speaker on the complex topic of global securities litigation with appearances across the United States, Europe, and Australia. Jeff is also a contributor to the press with his expert commentary featured in Reuters, Fortune Magazine, Bloomberg Law, Traders Magazine, Law360, Law.com, and elsewhere. Jeff received his BA from The American University and an MBA from the A. B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.
