Head of Transformation & CDO MetLife

Glenn is Head of the Transformation Management Office and Chief Data Officer within MetLife’s Investments Division. In this role Glenn is responsible for managing and overseeing the organization’s larger transformational initiatives and process improvements. Additionally, he leads the Data Governance function, data management group, reporting & performance function and provides oversight of market data. 

Glenn is a recognized executive and management consultant with 25+ years of experience leading large-scale technology and operations functions within financial services. He joined MetLife, in 2013, from KPMG where he began as a Regional leader within their Business Intelligence & Analytics group and then transitioned into their Financial Services group.  Prior to that, Glenn spent 20 years as founder and COO of a national technology and management consulting firm focusing on Data, Business Intelligence and Process Improvement.
