Carol Denny

Carol Denny is Vice President of Franklin Templeton Services, LLC, and Head of Global Fund Valuation, Global Fund Expenses, Shareholder Reports and Automation Support. Ms. Denny is responsible for pricing oversight and fair valuation of portfolio securities held in Franklin Templeton sponsored mutual funds.

Ms. Denny is also responsible for the oversight of expenses and budgets for the Franklin Templeton sponsored mutual funds. Ms. Denny is also responsible for Shareholder Reports and leads automation support and citizen development for Global Fund Administration. Ms. Denny joined the firm in August 2020 through the Franklin Templeton’s acquisition of Legg Mason.

While at Legg Mason, Ms. Denny was Managing Director and Head of Fund Expenses, Intermediary Payments, Fund Valuation and Fund Performance for the Legg Mason sponsored mutual funds. Prior to this role, Ms. Denny was Director in Corporate Finance at Citigroup Asset Management. Previously, Ms. Denny was in Finance at UBS and held various positions in Corporate Finance at Prudential Investments. Ms. Denny has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Fordham University and is a graduate of the Securities Industry Institute from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. Ms. Denny is registered with FINRA, holding a Series 99 registration
